Sales Consultant

Working at NEwO Consulting as a Sales Consultant helps individuals gain valuable communication and interpersonal skills, and it also prepares them to lead a team. Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Work with customers to identify needs, create solutions, and ensure a positive sales experience.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
  • Partner with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Analyze the market and sales trends, track sales, and status reports. Maintain current product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a customer service/sales representative or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • BS/BA degree preferred
